It is not a pleasant topic to discuss, but teen sexual delinquency can lead to a horrible result for perpetrators, victims, family members and others. Stated on crchealth.org according to sex abuse awareness organization Stop It now, adolescent and teen sex offenders are responsible for up to 50% of all sexual abuse of children. Because of this increased attention has recently been given in mental health literatures to better understand the impact it has on the adolescent population. In fact the number of sex offender’s process through court system increase by 50 %...This percentage highlights the need to find an effective intervention for this growing population. Teenage pregnancy is define as pregnancy in females under the age of 20. The information gather from cdc.gov/teen pregnancy, states that in 2013, a total of 273,105 babies were born to women aged 15–19 years, for a live birth rate of 26.5 per 1,000 women in this age group. Many counties have work endlessly to reduce this number. In a local article in on the BVIBeacon states that members of Caricom are working together with United Nations Population Fund to reduce this number on the BVI. But what causes teenage pregnancy?
