There was a beautiful girl named Adriana. She was a beautiful dancer in ballet, lyrical, contemporary, hip hop, and tap. She was loved by the goddess Terpsichore(Greek goddess of Dance). The goddess would always admire the beautiful girl dancing all around the city of Greece. One day Adriana was dancing when Terpsichore appeared to her. She told Adriana to keep on dancing and she will have a bright future, but she could not get pointe shoes. Though Adriana was already ready for pointe shoes she tried her best to trust Terpsichore. One day her best friend Amilia was ready for pointe shoes and so was everyone in her class. All her classmates were nagging her to get pointe shoes. As they started nagging and nagging it tempted her to get pointe shoes and wear them. Finally she gave up and got the pointe shoes. Terpsichore was furious. When Adriana was in ballet dancing on her pointe shoes. Terpsichore caused Adriana to age more quickly as she danced and danced to her death. However Zeus was watching from the heavens. Zeus said,” How dare you hurt such an innocent girl. Instead letting Terpsichore do this to Adriana he turned her into a pair of pointe shoes and threw her into the sky.
