Terrorism is not new. It exists and is in full expansion. US Law Code defines terrorism as "an act of premeditated violence and politically motivated, perpetrated against non-combatant targets by sub-national groups or agents’’. Thus, the addition of the word "domestic" to this type of phenomenon underlies the idea of an internal threat, a threat that would come of citizens. As for example the Kouachi brothers, born in Paris, or Mohammed Merah, born in Toulouse, they are numerous to have grown in countries which had welcomed their parents, and received an education which made citizens of it in the same way as the others. International terrorism (we can call it also transnational terrorism) is a form of terrorism practiced in a foreign country by terrorists who are not native to that country.
