Mr. Dunne should be made to take down signs and keep them down. It is dangerous to stifle freedom of speech especially if that speech is unpopular. It is true that everyone should have a right to express freely. However, this right should depend on principle of morality. For example, Mr. Dunne could refute the political thoughts or programs of Chin, instead of offending his race. Likewise, people also have the privilege of self-defense when someone says or displays something offensively. In this case, the stereotypical sign might offend a lot of Asians in Lewiston, even in America.
