trained killer from a Green Beret Unit. CID was fine observing and identify Greeley as AWOL(Away without official leave), but they also felt hard pressed to take Greeley under custody since he might not be willing. In both cases it would be necessary for the Green Beret unit to police itself. It was the proverbial chicken/egg scenario.
My project is going to help my local American Legion Post in creating an area in where the legion members (veterans) can talk and socialize. This project is going to consist of installing a barbecue system and beautifying the area around the barbecue system. Also, it is imperative that the area around the barbecue looks nice aswell. Some of the tasks for beautification include : Painting a concrete wall found in the back of the eating area.
Think about a time in your career when you needed a critical piece of information in short order to accomplish a task, but could not easily locate that information. Constant emails keep arriving in your inbox from you supervisor demanding an answer on when you will respond. Critical staffing actions are delayed or even forgotten due to the delay in obtaining necessary information to ensure organizational knowledge is fully incorporated into the decision-making process. These situations are all a result of an organization with knowledge management issues.

The time at Valley Forge for Soldiers was dreadful and I could say the same for myself. It 's the winter of 1777 two year in the Revolution and things are not look good for General George Washington at Valley Forge. People are dying left and right of sickness like smallpox the cold is getting to some of us. Some soldiers are leaving to go home to their family even going as far to run away from their duties. The question I keep asking myself is, should I go or stay with the rest of my group?
Command Expectations of a Military Intelligence Sergeant First Class Being promoted in the United States military to the rank of Sergeant First Class is the first step that a Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) takes into the senior enlisted ranks. With this promotion comes a new set of responsibilities from a command’s perspective. Until this point in the career of an NCO, their respective focus has been to a team or squad. The expectations of a junior or mid-level NCO to their team or squad are often basic accountability, personnel task management, and dissemination of information. Taking the next step from Staff Sergeant into the realm of Senior NCO as a Sergeant First Class means more direct involvement with the command team of a unit and additional
One of the main extracurricular activity that is very helpful to me is NJROTC. It teaches cadets about the real world and the military world. The Naval Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (NJROTC), is put in place to teach you more about the military, and also to teach students to become great leaders. Everyone in this program learn to be well disciplined. Without discipline there would be total chaos.
The fiction story that I wrote about was titled, “The Rebirth of an American Solider. The basis of this story was about a solider and how he was able to transition from his secondary position with the Army, right into being a well awarded sniper. The idea that I used for this story was two folded, first off at the University of Akron where I attended classes before transferring to Cuyahoga Community College. I was enrolled in a pair of composition classes that were military based.
The Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps, JROTC, was established over a years ago. With the purpose to install core value into high school and middle school students. You can say that my journey with the Military started the day I was born. I was born on April 29, 1998 at the 7th Medical Group on Dyess Air Force Base in Abilene, Texas. With the love and care I received from the neonatal nurses that were stationed on Dyess Air Force Base I quickly lost the title of ‘premie’. In 1999 my mother and father were both assigned to Landstuhl Army Base in Germany, I appreciated the military letting them be together. I am so blessed having my mother as a Medical Technician, I knew I was always in great hands when I was sick.
Transgender personnel have already served with distinction in todays military and deserve the opportunity to be recognized for who they are. Removing the institutional barriers that prevent transgender personnel from serving openly, gives them the same opportunities their brothers and sisters in arms already experience, will unlock health care benefits and treatments that have not been previously provided, yet the most daunting task will be figuring out the leadership and logistics challenges for transgender integration. The military has traditionally been used to overcome cultural and social biases in America, from Blacks serving in the civil war, to the recent integration of homosexuals into the military. Equal opportunity for jobs, housing,

In order to run a successful organization, especially a good standing Army, there needs to be quality leaders within the organization. Leaders are artists, remaining flexible and adaptable in order to conform to any certain situation. In FM 6-22, leadership is defined as, “the process of influencing people by providing purpose, direction, and motivation while operating to accomplish the mission and improve the organization”. The vast majority of successful Army leaders exemplify this definition in their everyday life. So, what exactly does this process involve?
I woke up in the camp tent for the first time to the sound of rifles shooting. I arrived yesterday and I could see the soldiers training, that’s mostly what they do here. From dawn to dusk, until the light is gone, they train. Well, that and gambling of course. I am in Sharpsburg, Maryland and it is September 16, 1862.
