The Aviator Goals

Two goals that i would like to achieve in the next six months are getting healthier and learning how to manage my time better. Specific steps i would take to achieve becoming healthier is eating better. I would try to eat more whole grains and more fish instead of red meat. I would also try to work out more. For example this summer i have signed up for classes at Tiger Schulmann 's to better my stamina and better my physical appearance. I feel by christmas i will hopefully achieve my goal. A mental disorder is when a person has a different behavioral or mental pattern than people around them. Some causes of mental disorders are through genetics,biological or by psychological. The different types of treatments that are available for mental illness is through medicines like lithium and valproate, therapy, and sometimes people can get electro therapy which is a really extreme why of trying to treat mental disorders. One famous movie that has mental illness is The Aviator. The Aviator is a movie that was made in 2004 which was about Howard Hughes who was a famous director and aviator. From an early age he suffered from germ phobia and ocd. Positive effects are they promote and show the illnesses and show how some people live with it. One negative effect is they could portray the illness in a whole different way and it can be triggering as i said earlier. Eating disorders are when people have abnormal eating habits. Anorexia is when someone eats small to little to none food because of a lack of appetite. Anorexia can really deteriorate your body and what your body needs to survive. The possible health risk from anorexia is your body not getting enough nutrients, anemia, heart problems and so much
