The Beatles helped change people’s appearance. They influenced what people were wearing and flipped counterculture entirely. Adults started following teenage trends, they were copying long hairstyles they saw and growing facial hair. Another raging debate in the early sixties was their haircuts because at the time the “Beatle” Haircut often called a “moptop” was very long as opposed to the neat buzzed or trimmed men’s hairstyles that were accepted at the time. This explanation was met with applause from other reporters in the room and was demonstration of why people liked them so much, because of their originality. They were very sensitive people and gave respect when they were given it back. They weren’t answering back with witty comments out of spite but because they be treated nice by the press, but they still cared about others feelings. They had heart and were very fine people. Their originality is a great part of their talent. They also had an incredible work ethic which helped them break class barriers in Great Britain at the time. After WW2 Great Britain had struggled with trying to clean up the damage that was leftover from the war so the royalty in the country decided to reestablish ranks in society.
