It really depends on the child and their capacity to recall and identify events and people. The most famous case I know where a child witness was the key witness was the Lester Street Murders in Memphis, TN. On March, 2008, Jessie Dotson went to 722 Lester Street, where his brother, Cecil, lived with his girlfriend and their children. Jessie killed four adults were multiple gunshot wounds, killed two children, ages 2 and 4, who were beaten and stabbed. Three other children, one just 2 months old, also were beaten and stabbed, but survived the attack.
In 1936, Charles Lindbergh Jr, the most famous baby of the era, was kidnapped. After a two year search, the police arrested a German immigrant, by the name of Bruno Richard Hauptmann, for committing the crime of the century. However, this man was innocent, for he did not commit this aghasting crime. Instead, John Knoll, Isidor Fisch, James Warburg, and Violet Sharpe are guilty. To prove this point, police tampered with some of the evidence to make Hauptmann look guilty.
The first issue brought to the viewer’s attention during this documentary the police’s actions during arrests; this came up during the story of Anthony Baez. Anthony was killed by police after his football hit a cruiser parked on the street. Officer Livoti choose to place Anthony Baez in a chokehold until he lost consciousness then placed him under arrest and dragged him to the patrol car without calling for the paramedics. There is no reason to put someone in a chokehold as an officer; especially since they are equipped with pepper spray, taser, baton, handcuffs, and gun. For whatever reason Officer Livoti decided to attack Anthony Baez for, he did not have any reason to place Baez in a chokehold.
Savannah mother charged in murder of 4-year-old daughter I wish it can be more understanding to how one can take the life of an innocent child. Another local mother here in Savannah, Georgia has taken the life of her child. Melissa Thacher of Savannah shot her four-year-old daughter and self inflicted herself with gunshot wounds.
The murder case of Leanne Holland exposed the ways in which forensic science were both a help and a hindrance to the conviction and subsequent overturning of the verdict, against Graham Stafford. The body of 12-year-old Leanne Holland was found battered and partially naked in scrub 30m off Redbank Plains Rd on September 26, 1991. She went missing on Monday morning on September 23, 1991. According to descriptions, she was last seen wearing a long-sleeved purple jumper, black skirt and no shoes as she headed towards shops just 500m from her Alice St home in Goodna.
On Tuesday November 12, 1963 Ponyboy Curtis and Johnny Cade go missing after the scene of Bob Sheldon’s murder. The two boys were seen running by the the park just before the incident, witnesses say that there had been a gang fight including Curtis, Cade, and Sheldon. Police believe Curtis and Cade are on the run because of the devastation last night. Police caution everyone in the area of Tulsa of Ponyboy Curtis and Johnny Cade as we are unaware if they are armed with weapons.

The connection to her was that Mr. Bench had a brother that dated her, but they had broken up two months prior to crime. Bench eventually became a suspect.

As a country, we have seen many tragic deaths and this one, in particular, struck the hearts of many. Tim Bosma a young, 32-year-old man was struck down on an early morning in May 2013. Bosma set out in hopes of selling his truck to two prospective buyers. Though, what he did not know was that he would never come home to his wife Sharlene and little girl.
At the time, Erlich Coker was already serving time for multiple sentences including aggravated assault, kidnapping, rape, and murder, because he had raped and stabbed a young woman to death just a few years earlier on December 5, 1971. However, Coker escaped from the Ware Correctional Institution in Georgia in September of 1974. Coker proceeded to break into Georgia couple Allen and Elnita Carver’s home. The couple was threatened, and Mr. Carver was tied up, leaving Coker to steal money and the couple’s car..
Jeffrey Dahmer was a notorious serial killer who liked to pick up men in bars telling them he was a photographer and he wanted to take their picture. Once at his place he would offer alcohol and drug them so they could not get away. Dahmer was a sadistic sexual serial killer who liked to have control over his victims even after they were dead. Dahmer who would dismember his victims’ bodies often saving their skulls or other body parts also practiced necrophilia and cannibalism.
Murder on a Sunday Morning, is an Oscar award-winning documentary that tells of the conviction and trial of 15-year-old Brenton Butler for the death of Mary Ann Stephens in Jacksonville, Florida of May 2000. The film is a 111-minute movie directed by Jean-Xavier de Lastrade. The plot originates from the incident of Mary Ann Stephens being shot in the head by a black assailant; and then begins to unravel as Brenton Butler is arrested 90 minutes after the murder has occurred. Three murder case studies will be presented and compare here: Marian Bates, Martha Moxley, and Elizabeth Short. Marian Bates was a 64 year old Nottingham Jeweler who was murdered in front of her husband, Victor Bates, and children. Peter Williams, a 19 year old drug addict was released early from prison and was supposedly under “intense supervision”. Williams removed his tag and violated his curfew. He and an unidentified gunman who is still at large, raided a jewelry store on September 30th 2003.
On Friday evening, the body of teenager Robert "Bob" Sheldon was found at a park in eastern Tulsa, laying next to a fountain with a knife wound in his abdomen. Further evidence suggests that the Sheldon had been intoxicated. No arrests have been made yet, but police suspect that it was a gang-related crime. Investigators believe that more than one person of each party had been involved as well. One of Sheldon’s companions, who was questioned, Randy Adderson, did not prove to be much help for the investigators.
