In the novel Ready Player One and the movie The Breakfast Club have many things in common. Five teenagers fighting to survive in the world where they have to be different to be able to survive and be accepted. Teenagers live are thought when they have to hide from who they are. They are pressure by families and friends. James Halliday chooses the Breakfast Club movie because they come from different stereotypes where they can help each other finding themselves by becoming friends.

At first in the Breakfast club, they weren’t friends because they thought they were different from each other. In the book Wade Artemis Aech Shoto and Daito where enemies fighting to be the first one to find the Easter. In both they thought they don’t have anything in common. But they find hat they have so much more in common than they thought. James Halliday’s never have a friend that’s why he wants three people to work together to be able to open the last gate wade say, “if at least three of us can reach th3 gate, we can get it open”( Cline 308). James Halliday’s choose to have three Gunter to open the door because for him friendship is more important that all the money in the world. Money can buy happiness that’s the way james Halliday’s feel because he died without anyone beside him. James shows them the value of a friendship and team work. James thought it better to have friends help in any situation them be alone with no one. Halliday’s shows them that they can be friends in the real world. Halliday tells to Wade “don’t make the same mistake, I did. In Ready Player One When wade sees Artemis picture, Wade sees a birthmark that she has on her face, but wade doesn’t care about the birthmark because he loves her just the way she is, for him she is the most beautiful girl of the entire world. When wade meets her for the first time in the real world. Wade sees that “she wasn’t trying to hide the birth marker with a sweep of her hair. She had her hair brushed back, so I could see it.”(cline370).at first Artemis didn’t accept who she is but when she meet wade. She starts to love the way she is. Wade give her confidence about her looks, he thinks she is the most beautiful girl of the entire world. Wade makes Artemis feel good about her marks because the marks does not describe who she is. Artemis finds her real person.
