In the quiet town of Florida City a robbery took place at Seminole Bank. The robber wore a mask, carried a gun, and got away with $20,000 in cash. Witnesses were unable to identify the robber by his physical appearance because he was wearing a mask. However, the witnesses recognized his voice and identified the robber as Mr. Smallwood. In the case of Smallwood v. State, Mr. Smallwood was accused of armed robbery of Seminole Bank in Florida City, Florida. Mr. Smallwood was arrested for the robbery and his phone was taken to determine two things: if it belonged to Mr. Smallwood and if it contained any proof that he was linked to the crime.
