On Tuesday February 18,2016, JaShon Coleman and Breanna Westmoreland were arrested for the murder of James Sinclair Pratt. Westmoreland is being held as an accessory to the murder for driving the get away vehicle. While Coleman is being held on $1,000,000 bail awaiting his first court date.
On April 3, 2015, Tammy Cleveland sued Gregory C. Perry, a doctor at Buffalo General and Kaleida Health the company that owns both hospitals involved in the death of her husband, Michael Cleveland. Tammy is accusing them of “negligent” care resulting in her husband’s death. The law suit claims that the “defendants’ alleged actions and/or inactions were morally culpable, actuated by evil and reprehensible motives, malicious, reckless, gross, wanton and/or in reckless disregard for her husband’s rights and her family’s rights.” (Dudzik, 2015) The defendants are contesting the case. Michael Cleveland had a heart attack on October 10, 2014, and was transported to the emergency room of DeGraff Memorial Hospital.
The Owners of the Triangle Shirtwaist Factory The Triangle Shirtwaist Factory fire started on March 25, 1911. No one knows the real cause of the fire, but many people believe it was a cigarette bud tossed into a scrap bin. Out of the 500 employees that showed up to work that day, 146 died and another 71 were injured. The amount of deaths were very tragic.

The victim advised that when open, the arrestee started to scream and yell due to not pick up his child early in the day. The victim stated that while the verbal altercation ensued, johniqua miller exited the bedroom due to all the commotion. The arrestee immediately noticed miller and became aggressive and proceeded to charge at miller. A physical altercation between miller and the arrestee ensued.

On October 20, 2015, at approximately 1800 HRS, Detective Justin Story executed a search warrant at the residence of Larry Jones, located at 421 Decatur Rd., Atlanta, Georgia 30674. Officers participating in the search were Detectives Ralph Smith, Greg Harvey, Steve Duncan, Mike Denson, Randall Jones, and Jennifer Wright. At approximately 1815 HRS officers entered the residence through the front door and found Larry Jones standing in the living room, Mr. Jones was apprehended by Detective Wright who conducted a search of Mr. Jones and discovered in his right front pocket a cell phone which was seized and placed in a sealed plastic evidence bag and described on property receipt number Z8970. State of Georgia V. Marcus Dwayne Dixon (2003) Marcus Dixon was a highly recruited high school football player. His life suddenly took a tragic turn when he was falsely convicted of raping a 15 year old girl. The elements around his false conviction could have been avoided with some reform to the criminal justice courts system. Dixon initially had many charges against him but were narrowed down to statutory rape and aggravated child molestation. There was much racial disparity surrounding the jury on Dixon’s case, in that the county that Dixon committed his “crime” was a predominantly white population.

John’s father worked at a assembly line in town and once he got home he would go to the basement and drink. Once Danish, John’s father, was far from sober he would beat the children with a razor strap if they were perceived to have misbehaved. John’s father assaulted his wife physically and mentally as well.
