Through the novel various characters show great courage to save the Siberian tigers. Michal the protagonist shows great courage as he attempts to accomplish the task his father was unable to. Another character that shows great courage is Tania especially when she enters the dangerous RATS compound. Casper shows great courage when he sacrifices himself in order to save the tigers.
L. Frank Baum uses three main symbols that create an allegory and represents the political circumstances during the late 19th century. This factor is very important; it is very contradictory to the historical context of the time.
In the novel Night by Elie Wiesel, courage is demonstrated throughout the novel by various characters. To begin, courage was shown when Elie’s father was too weak to continue working and was selected to be killed, so Elie ran after his father, determined not to lose him.
