I don’t think that anyone can say that civility is not rooted in the rules of morality; which originated from the morals taught in the Bible. In my life time, I have observed that civility in is losing ground; and a country can’t stand without a strong moral foundation.

According to Webster’s Dictionary the definition of Civility is: “Polite, reasonable, and respectful behavior;” and the definition of Civilities: “Polite actions and words.”
Perhaps, civility is deteriorating because people are unaware that America was founded on Christian values found in the Bible; furthermore, civility is deeply rooted in the rules of morality; our country’s morals originated and were taught from the Bible.
Perhaps we can take this a step further; and say that the reason for the deterioration of civility in our society is the government’s involvement in removing God from all public places, schools, courthouses, community centers, public buildings and generally anywhere the government sends public funds.
