Essay On Humans Are Ruining The Environment

928 Words4 Pages

Many humans are ruining the environment. “Everyday we dump 70 million tons of waste into the world.” Says Al Gore. If people keep on doing this then the wonderful world outside today will be gone in a very short amount of time. Humans need to stop doing this. I believe that at times nature is more important than humans.
Humans keep on building homes and factories for more people to work or live in. This means that we are taking down trees and bushes to build these structures. Us humans are destroying animal homes by making these buildings. By taking their homes away we are giving the possibility of dying. If too much of a species dies out, then they will become extinct. In “Fly Away Home”, people cut down a bunch of trees and the girl found geese eggs lying on the ground. If it wasn’t for the girl the geese would have probably died and the cycle could have ended for that family of geese. If we keep on doing that then geese or other animal species will go extinct. …show more content…

It is a awful concept because when we build the buildings, then the buildings release gases that can cause global warming. Also when we drive cars it releases the same kind of gas that the factories and other buildings give off. Also the gases from the cars cause global warming too. The global warming is causing all of the ice to melt where there is ice. This means that we are kind of taking animal homes away by doing this too, because the ice is melting and there are some animals live in icy areas. In “Arctic Ice”, it was all about how we are causing global warming due to all of the unacceptable gases that cars and factories give off are causing a bunch of polar bears to die because they need to live in cold conditions. All of the ice is melting so they don’t have a home to live
