When a talking racoon, a tree who only says three words, a guy that looks like a rock, a green lady, and a badass human all come together, one of the greatest movies of all time comes together. Guardians of the Galaxy is an American superhero film based on the Marvel Comics and came out in 2014. The movie is an action film that starts out with an earth child who just lost his mother and was taken to outer space. The use of the four elements in Guardians of the Galaxy are seeking the faraway through space and on the journey, feeling awe for nature in the end with Groot, honoring the common person with the main character who is human, and wandering as a rebel and an outcast when the green lady switches to the good side to save the galaxy. Guardians of the Galaxy has the element of seeking the faraway when Peter Quill is taken from earth and he has never decided to go back and find his dad because his mom died the day he was taken, but he has all that he needs with his cassette tape with his mother’s favorite songs.
