The Han-Eul Clan was a sizable Eastern Bird Clan for centuries, reputable amongst shifters for their strength and old-fashioned beliefs. Hugo’s ancestry had close ties to the original founders of the clan – an undying loyalty that had stayed within his family for as long as they could remember. ______________________________________ Hugo was born in Incheon, South Korea – spending his adolescence in a strict and rigorous environment. The moment was all a blur – the boy felt himself thrown onto the cement before blacking out. Once he had come to, he was at the mercy of a tiger shifter. Hugo was confused, scared, and couldn’t bring himself to control his emotions. Thankfully, the Ha-neul clan had come to his aid before it was too late. The tiger had left him traumatized, however, along with a deep wound on his right shoulder. When Hugo was ten, the Ha-neul Clan had decided to merge with another bird clan in the west through marriage. Many members of the Ha-neul Clan members deserted after the conflict with the cat Pride, including Nari. The clan was no longer safe and a conclusion had been decided. However, the Alpha from the western clan would remain as the leader due to their bigger size and strength. A new name for the clan was also decided, the Clover. Soon after, Hugo’s clan had started to migrate to the US. Now at the age of nineteen, Hugo attends Masquerade Academy in Brookings alongside other members within the new flock.
