History is changing constantly each day, the past is unchangeable while the future is unsure. Mistakes were made in the past, rewards and consequences are waiting in the future. Humans learned history to try not to repeat past mistakes that were made by many famous figures. They become historians in hope to learn about the past and fulfill the thirst of many unanswered questions. Historians used many resources to help decipher the past and evidence to shape the history today. By comparing facts different resources, the historians want to make sure the evidence is correct in writing history. They try to find evidence to what happened in the past and recreate the chronological orders of events. For example, historians are still trying to find the cause of Silas Deane’s death. In the obituaries, Silas Deane told the ship’s captain, “complain’d of a dizziness in his head,” and after four hours, “he breathed his last.” This was one …show more content…

The older generations have different views from the younger generations. Older generations are passionate about certain topics and lived through some events and have more emotions tied to the events. An example is the old generation would think that John Brown was insane because he “execute in cold blood five men.” Some older generations are stubborn because they are not use to change and prefer to stay with familiarity.
Younger generations are somewhat open-minded due to ideas passed down from families and learned from histories. The younger generations accept new ideas easily and change through rapidly to fit to society. The exposure of ideas started when children are very young and still continue to influence them until now. When learning in class, they were shunned from bad stuff when was child, hence, the heroes were heroificated. Later in life, they learned more facts about the heroes and have their opinions
