Students practicing in musical theatre, ot music programs can help students boost confidence levels, by performing in front of large audiences. This will help students in the future with public speaking, by not being afraid to be in front of a large group of people. Practicing creativity as a child will help students enable themselves to be creative naturally. Worrying teachers focus on standardized test rather than innovation and imagination. Going against the tide while trying to express their creativity, students struggle to get decent grades. Encouraged by teachers, if students pursue different art forms, they will not be successful in life. Indicated by their teachers, students grow up believing that art and music will not lead to a successful life and should study the core subjects instead of troubling around with art. Sadly,budget cuts happen in schools and drop subjects such as art and music because, of the assumption to be not of importance. Introducing a new budget cut, Donald Trump wants to practically cut all music and arts program. This shows how important the government actually thinks about the arts. Usually budget cuts often lead to art and music are the subjects that get cut. Also, according to Dalile from Huffington Post, 90% of students in schools are happier when they have art.
