What would the world be like if all people could create another version of human life right from the comfort of their own home? Victor Frankenstein did just that with unknown intentions of good within his creation. The story of Frankenstein has brought readers through a ride of emotions and adrenaline. Each chapter ends with another chapter of questions. Readers feel the fear of science madness within the character of Victor, and create ideas of what may happen next. In the next chapters I could predict that the Frankenstein creature will create an atmosphere in which Victor feels within himself, based on the interactions we have had with this character previously. To begin, I predict that Victor will create an atmosphere in which he will reflect his feelings based on how he describes the appearance of his creation. In the text it says, "How can I describe my emotions at this catastrophe, or how delineate the wretch whom, with such infinite pains and care, I had endeavored to form?" In this line, it shows that Victor was terrified of what he had created. this can play back into how he feels as a person. He is terrified of what he has become after the trauma he suffered with his family members passing. His emotions have led to dangerous behaviors which will be pursued through this “monster”. …show more content…
He begins to talk about his feelings of what he had done in the line of, “the beauty of the dream vanished, and breathless horror and disgust filled my heart.” This shows he no longer feels good about what he is doing. He recognizes that his feelings have changed. He no longer sees his passion as a positive influence. He sees his intentions as evil. This shows his reflection on himself.
