Every organization has their own culture and their culture will lead them in to different path. Organizational culture is a system of shared assumptions, values, and beliefs, which governs how people behave in organizations. These shared values have a strong influence on the people in the organization and dictate how they dress, act, and perform their jobs (Study.com, n.d.). A strong organization culture can bring benefits to the organization while a weak organization culture could bring disaster to an organization. From this principle we can see that Toyota will only use reliable technology to produce for customer. Undeniable, Toyota has good reputations in car industry and has a large number or loyalty customer. What makes Toyota has good reputations and loyalty customer? It is because their reliable and trusted technology. They will not simply use new and untested technology to manufacture a car for their customer because their employee was implemented by the 14 principles and for sure, they do not want their organization be involved in trouble. Therefore, whenever they discover a new technology they will do research and development for many times just to ensure that this technology is reliable and suitable for their processes and procedures. If they manufacture the car by using new technology and they found there were some mistakes of their processes and procedure they will recall all the cars in the markets even they knew this action will affect their reputations, customer will be less confidence on their car anymore, and their loss. All of these just to ensure their customer are safe while driving and they care of people they serves. Toyota emphasizes that how the company extended sustainability rather than short-term gain. (Rouse, 2015) Hence, Toyota thinks that work, improve and align the whole organization constantly is a long term way to adapt the environmental. They know and take the responsibility for their conduct and maintain and improve the skills that enable they to produce added value. They make effect in generates value for the consumer, society, and the economy. Toyota increase the customer value by fulfilling the consumer required. They take their responsibility of the society to provide opportunity of job for the community. They help to increase economy growth in their country. So, because of the Toyota Way, it brings the impact on the organization that shown on the article.
