What does the term working mother supposed to mean? Working mothers are those who are able to bind a career with the added responsibility of raising a child. Nowadays, mothers prefer to work and it is widely accepted by the nation as we can see, working mothers are experiencing something of a heyday right now. These days there are a lot of women working outside the house, which can affect many people positively or negatively. We cannot simply compare our generation with the past generation as we are surrounded with totally different environment and globalization. Working mothers are better than housewives in managing the family because they can help their partner to resolve any financial problem, inspire their offspring to create a better future …show more content…

According to Dulce Zamora (ND), if the individual that you are living with is not capable to support the whole family, then you are in danger, in case when you lose your financial support from separation, divorce, death, or your partner got fired. The partner might not be able to support the family with monetary or household chores which will result to chaos in the family to be exact, the educational process. It is hard for the children to continue studying in a family that is financially broke. According to Joan K. Peters (ND), working mother and author of When Mothers Work, most of the mothers chose to work because they tend to foresee the upcoming events in their life. They wanted their families to be well prepared, financially and physically.
