According to various ancient eastern philosophies, infinite awareness is described as the natural state of our consciousness. However, with age, subtle energy flows can become deficient, imbalances occur, knots form and we can no longer recall who we were or how we felt, prior to this world.
According to Vedic literature, consciousness transitions through the primary energy centres. If this is the case, it is imperative to the success of the study that balance to the subtle energy channels is restored for consciousness to transmigrate without complications, such as energy blockages or dysfunctions.
In addition, It is widely evidenced that each chakra influences the body in unique physical, emotional, mental, and subtle manners that have not …show more content…

We depend on the people, animals, plants and land around us. All of which are biologically interdependent living organisms, capable of fear, pain and death, yet also of inexplicable feats of healing and evolution. For this reason, the theoretical framework of the primary energy system below incorporates the ancient, shamanic belief of the Incas, investigated by Alberto Villoldo, which states that during life, all energy stems from a total of five sources: Water, Air, Sunlight, Bio-magnetic Energy, Plants and Animals. Toxic substances (including additives, preservatives and chemically or genetically refined products) ingested through these five sources has been scientifically proven to result in diseases and interfere with the performance of the energy centres. in theory, the basic dietary requirements of the framework are proportionate to the degree of success. However, the continuous persistence and force of will of the individual can be a much greater indicator. Although, in the case of consciousness awakening, a strong desire to become desirelessness can be advantageous, it can be substituted through increasing amount of self-discipline as well as non-attachment.
In theory and practice, the two subtle energy streams, known as the ida and pingala can be united through (bio-)electromagnetism, fully activate the root energy centre and underlying cosmic energy. However, the process is extremely …show more content…

The exercises in this study were devised to create a similar effect. By practicing certain exercises, others will invariably follow suit for other kinds of progress to occur.
For the theoretical framework to evidence the involvement of the energy centres in the final transition, the adherence to the specific requirements is not obligatory, as this can be achieved solely through technological means. However, the importance of the specific requirements for the purpose of directing the final transmigration cannot be stressed enough. Theoretically, without the adherence to any of the specified requirements above or equivalents, it is not likely that the process can be completed. It should be noted that the most important requirement of is rhythmic breathing, all others are adjustable, dependent on the circumstance. For example, rapid and/or deep diaphragmatic breathing techniques, intermittent with meditation, can be performed daily for a period of only 20-30 minutes. Ideally, 1-2 hours in the early stages for individuals, suffering from a terminal and/or chronic illness. 6-12 hours is recommended in the final stages of life to prepare for the final transmigration. These techniques will be detailed in Chapter 2 and 3. On a delegate note, in this context, meditation is defined as the continued focus toward one's own awareness. As paradoxically
