A 15 year-old Norland High School student has been arrested for shooting a rabbi. The rabbi, whose name was Joseph Raskin, was walking to the temple last year when he was shot. Neighbors in the community worked tirelessly along with the police in order to find the rabbi 's killer. Rabbi Joseph was not carrying any money when he walked to the temple.

Facts: Houston Police Officer Linda Williamson was working in the Organized Crime Squad and was sometimes assigned to partner with fellow Officer Doug McLeod. Williamson alleged that over an eighteen month period, McLeod harassed her every day creating a hostile work environment. More specifically, Williamson stated that McLeod conducted obvious and demeaning inspections of her appearance. He made comments to her on how her body looked in different clothes and remarked specifically on the appearance of her buttocks and the size of her breasts.
The Sheila Dixon saga Sheila Dixon became mayor of Baltimore city in 2007 following Martin O’Malley gubernatorial win. She was elected to city council in 1987 and Baltimore City Council president in 1999. She was among other city officials were finally indicted on corruption charges following an investigation led by state and federal agents. In the five years between 1803 and 1808, South Carolina alone imported 400,000 slaves (Jones, 2004). These were so many slaves that pushed slavery to other regions like Louisiana and Georgia. The Northern States were reluctant in fighting slave trade as they were more concerned about the new government and feared to be in conflicts with the south. Most of the states thought that slavery was a passing cloud and that it was bound to fail sooner. The invention of the cotton gin made the cash crop all the more lucrative.
On November 30, 1984, a 13-year old girl named Candace Derksen went missing on her way home from her school. After a massive search for Candace which spanned almost two months, her frozen body was found on January 17, 1985, tied up in a storage shed. After over 20 years of the case remaining unsolved, police charged Mark Edward Grant, a career criminal and sex offender, with the murder of Candace Derksen on May 16, 2007. Police were able to make the arrest based on previously untested DNA evidence discovered at the shed where Candace was found, which they claimed pointed to Grant. Human history came about differently all over the world for the last 13,000 years because of simply of the environment in which each continent is located. Many people believe it is because of biological differences among the people around the world, but now we know that isn’t correct. The environment of each continent means different forms of language, diseases, political, religions, ect. They also have different species of animals and plants that one continent may not have come across. To get deeper into the subject, an example of how the environment created the differences is how the Inca and Aztec empires were overthrown by the 2 spanish explorers named CorteŽ and Pizarro and there crew of a couple hundred.

Jonbenet was found with a device around her neck that straggled her, stun gun marks on her left side of her body, hands tied above her head, and tape over her mouth.
