Macro environment consist of the external factors that are cannot be controlled by the company. These factors include of political, economic, social-cultural, technological, environment, and legal. And changes in those factors would influence a company’s operations and impact the performance of the company. Knowing the macro environment is very important to every company, because the company need to adjust the marketing strategic when there is changes in the macro environment.
