The eagle of the United States is one that can be easily recognized, its white head and tail, eight feet of wings, penetrating eyes, massive hook bill and powerful claws make it unmistakable among American birds. The name Eagle Bald is an inappropriate name, The bird is not bald. The use of "bald" in his name is a shortening of the word "foot", which describes something that is spotted or patches, referring to the contrasting dark body of the eagle and white head and tail. The Mexican eagle is called the Golden Eagle and is one of the largest, fastest, most nimblest raptors in North America. Below is a garland. On the left the garland is of green oak, a symbol of strength. To the right there is a laurel branch, which symbolizes the victory. The seal on the Mexican flags represents an Aztec legend. It is said that the eagle eating a snake on a "nopal" was a way of singing their gods. The sign was that in that place they were supposed to build their city Tenochtiglan now Mexico City. In legend, I think it must have taken real strength to build a colony in a random place. The symbolism given is the eagle that represents the good, the sky or the heavens, devouring the symbol of the snake of evil and the underworld. The American seal has the eagle embracing arrows and a license with 13 arrows and the olive branch has 13 leaves and 13 fruits. The number 13 represents the original 13
