The Monkey’s Paw and Tell-Tale Heart were terrifying. The Monkey’s Paw was written by WW Jacobs, and had a very suspenseful ending where their dead son that was brought alive again just disappeared. While Tell Tale Heart was very dramatic and poetic, it was written by Edgar Allen Poe, and is about a man who murdered an old man because the old man made him uncomfortable.
