Some people are smarter than others is a difficult topic to discuss because people have differing ways to measure intelligence. Some people measure smart by “street smarts,” while others measure it by “book smarts.” I will measure it by IQ and in that case, some people are smarter than others because their brain works differently than others and they can retain more of what schools deem “necessary” information that we will use in the real world. And in the case of common sense, or “street smarts,” people are smarter than others because common sense isn’t so common anymore.
