United States has been using for a while drone campaign as a counterterrorism program in order to kill the Islamic state leaders in Syria. This at time has raised different conflict between countries. Thus, should US continue with drone strikes as part of targeted killing program or should this activity be stopped?

This is because drones function remotely by pilots launched from the bases in countries who cooperate with one another. So, drones do not require pilots to control them, which reduces percentage of deaths and damages that would happen if instead of drones were used airplane pilots or ground soldiers. Sometimes terrorist organizations are located in very dangerous places to make it hard for Special Forces to catch them.
Drone strikes cost less than military intervention:
Some critics say that drone strikes are not as expensive as the ground programs that are used in military interventions. In the year of 2012 were only 5 billion dollars used for drones, which makes only one percent of the total annual military budget. Contrary to the cost allocated for drones, manned military attack in United States needs 18,000 to 169,000 dollars per hour in order to function. This amount is forty-two times more than the amount that is used for a drone attack.
