From all the fighting within the world about gun control and the rights of guns. For it is not a gun that can kill an individual it’s the individual using that particular weapon. Those shootings throughout the United States have occurred due to weapons being in the wrong hands. People believe by placing new laws to ban guns or to simply limiting the amount you can buy of ammo in a transaction. Along with the background check they run, the responsibility of controlling people using your weapon and you’re responsible if anyone kills or hurt an individual with your gun. Guns have been around and have been used in a proper way for hundreds of years. “Before 1968 anyone could buy a gun through the mail with cash, and a hand-written statement that they were of legal age and without the criminal record.” …show more content…

Yet, this is another misconception. “There are over 240 million guns in America and over 40 percent of all homes in the United States have guns.’ Stating that it would basically be impossible for them to enforce any true placement to remove guns from homes or from that individual. Truly if a criminal needs a gun they would not stop at anything to gain a weapon with or without new laws placed. Started by a new law stating that "one gun a month law" that was introduced. This law only allows one gun purchased per month for those of supported that law. This makes those criminals have to think because they can go and buy a large amount of gun ammo to go and act with a crime. That’s just ridiculous to assume they will listen to anyhow. Think about this those crimes that were committed in schools by students and majority of crimes they knew someone to get one from therefore all of those guns were legally
