When I was younger I didn’t have parental control on my laptop, so I had access to everything on the Internet. I was robbed online when I was younger because I didn’t know what was wrong or how to use the Internet properly. Fortunately, is “parental control” available now. Therefore, I think that all children under the age of 16 should not be exposed to what I was exposed to; that will be so when parents use parental control. There are a lot of bad influences, which leads to having parental control as safety a must. Viruses can occur on the laptop without the child knowing. Stealing someone’s identity is an advantage of not having parental control. You can be pressured to do things or be exposed to websites that aren’t for the child to see.
