President-elect Trump’s transition team has spoken out against unprecedented (no pun intended) actions President Obama has taken against Israel by abstaining from a recent UN vote.
However, why is President Obama siding with Russia, by abstaining, amidst accusations from Trump supporters that President Obama is making up these claims?
During his administration, President Obama has repeatedly allowed Russia to play a bigger role, and infamously tried to reset relations with Russia. Now President-elect Trump is signaling that he is willing to partner with Russia in seeking peace, and he is being criticized by those that failed to do it!
During the Republican primarily, I supported former CEO Fiorina, Senator Paul, and Governor Kasich, and supported former Governor Johnson in the Presidential election-so I am not a staunch supporter of President Trump; mostly because he seems to want government to play a bigger role than I want, and I do not support and am alarmed at his consideration of Muslim registries. …show more content…

President-elect Trump has been criticized for being allied with Russia, and he has had very serious accusations (from both sides of the aisle) of Russia helping him win the election. However, this historical action against Israel by the Obama administration is stunning.
Now do not get me wrong, I do not agree with everything Israel does, and I believe that Israel needs some important policy changes. Nonetheless, I wonder why President Obama has not taken action like this before. This is simply preposterous for President Obama to side with Russia, throw fire on gasoline in the Middle East, and go against a key Foreign Policy position of the transitioning
