President Trump is proposing an executive order to bring an end to all refugee admissions and for the time being, is excepting people from Muslim-majority countries. Trump wants to put the travel ban into effect because he believes that it will make America safer and because we cannot afford to continue the failed policies previously, which presents an intolerable threat to our country. National security may merely help us, but by banning terrorist countries, more lives would have been saved, and America would become a safer place. On September 11, 2001, a tragedy happened, it was a very painful day for Americans, frightened America. Islamist radicals hijacked four planes that were flying above the US. Two of the planes were flown into the twin towers of the World Trade Center in New York. Another plane crashed into the Pentagon and the last plane crashed into a field that was 80 miles from Pittsburgh. 2,996 people were killed, nineteen of them were terrorists, and more than 6,000 others wounded.
