In the past century the immigration crisis is becoming a growing issue. According to the UN Refugee Agency (2017), the main immigrant flow was departed from Africa and Asia, and the year 2015 became critical, seeing that it was the peak of immigrant arrival: since that time, the variety of countries, representatives of which continue to migrant to Spain, is fluctuating constantly from hundreds to thousands of people. The two stances as the two sides of this crisis: the Spanish government and the immigrant society, and, what is more beneficial for one of them, creates problems to another one. According to Gap Frame (2014), Spain in comparison with any random departing country (taking Guinea, as an example), is about 150 positions higher in the ranking of living conditions criteria. However, what if the government ignores the flow of immigrants in the past 10 years? There are several disadvantages of inactivity and limitations for the newcomers. First of all, this event naturally makes an impact on the economy of the state, especially in the period of globalization, in the sphere of labor force. (K. Calavita, 1998).
