The Scientific Method has been an interracial part of history. It played a large role during the industrial revolution. Or was it the other way around? Either way they continue to advance each other today. Without this method we may not have seen the advent of such mundane things as, say, the car or things as amazing as nuclear medicine. However, as wonderful and expansive as the Scientific Method is, it is limited in what it can achieve or quantitate. This short coming leaves man to their own devices in matters concerning our world as it hurdles through a time of unprecedented technological advances (Encyclopedia Britannica, 2015).
The Industrial Revolution was a time of new ways of producing the items for the use of the masses buy easier or faster means. This allowed people to communicate and receive information quicker through the advent of textiles that produced periodicals or newspapers. It also provided a means of creating and transporting mass good and supplies. The dawn of this era gave use the steam engine and the conception or refinement the Scientific Method. Granted, the acknowledgment of the Scientific Method shows an awareness of our sub-conches self. But it does not change the behavior that caused man to find and later create shelters to protect them from the elements. The apparently natural curiosity and need to find a solution to a problem such as. My family has been without food for two days. It is dangerous to go outside but I have to in order to hunt. How do I obtained as much food as possible with as little danger to me as possible?
