White Fang is a written by one of the greatest, Jack London, in 1906. Jack London has written many other great books about wolves that you might know, such as The Call of the Wild, The Sea-Wolf, or maybe The Sun of the Wolf. White Fang was one of the most interesting books I have ever read! It is about a how two dogs, the She-Wolf and Old One-Eye, go off on their own and have cubs. Only one cub would go on to survive . His name was White Fang. White Fang would go on to have many adventures and learn many important life lessons. You cannot narrow it down to just one because White Fang comes encounter with many creatures that are looking to kill him for food just as he is throughout the story. He starts small and attacks a baby weasel and a lynx kitten. Then he tries to attack a small ptarmigan which he did successfully but when its mother came to save it and realized it was dead she began to battle White Fang. He would also learn that hawks are very dangerous, especially when you are small creature like the cub, because the hawk swooped down and picked up the mother ptarmigan and carried her off into the distance. Later in the story, he attempts to battle a much larger creature. This creature was the mother of the lynx kitten that he had feasted on earlier. Luckily his mother was there to assist him take down the beast or he would have had an extremely short life. He would attempt to fight a bull dog named Cherokee. That was a very intense part of the story because White Fang was once again on death's door
