Chinese people used to be governed under very strict rules and laws. Over the last few years, the government has taken out many strict laws about religion, traditions and clothing. This has given people more freedom and are now happy to abide but the rules now in place. The government is called The people's Republic Of China. Power in the Chinese government (within the Republic) has being split up into 4 branches.
In the United States, the government of all 50 states is structed in accordance with its individual constitution. Each state constitution must be grounded in republic principles, “Article IV, section 4, Clause 1 of the United States Constitution” tasks by the federal government with assuring that each states government is so organized. All states are shaped after the federal government and are made up of three branches; Legislative, Executive, and Judicial. All governments are also shaped by the presidential systems where the governor is both head of the government and head of the state. Congress is the legislative branch of the government, meaning that they are responsible for law making for the United States.
There are many different types of governments. In fact there’s five basic structures of government: anarchy, monarchy, dictatorship, oligarchy, and democracy. An anarchy is when a civilization essentially has no government. Then, the monarchy has a king or queen in charge, but they don’t dictate everything. Dictatorships are where one person has all the power over their nation.

The Government is the ultimate ruler of the people, sets the ultimate laws of the land and says what goes and when not pleased uses all the means in their power to influence. The basic functions of the United States government are listed in the Constitution. Due to the immense power of our federal government, people often argue that it is too powerful and should be lessened. Sub further the state governments use a sum of power to do the same. There has been an effort to shift power from the federal government to the states.
For centuries, all societies have emerged and evolved. The need to develop an organized system of government became an essential part to every culture. Over the years, there have been many diverse techniques of government organization. These techniques been used to meet the needs of the communities in all societies. Government control is a form of such a system of government.
Ancient china’s large areas and large populations demanded a strong central government. China had a government that was once ruled by dynasties, sometimes people would be united under one dynasty but there were often competing dynasties in the controlling of different regions. When one of the dynasties became dominant the king of that particular dynasty would become the emperor. The government these dynasties created tended to be very autocratic. Chinese governments were monarchies; they are lead by the head male of a ruling dynasty.
Aside from the state governments such as the California government, there is the national government that consists of the whole world. Some of the reserved powers that the national government is allowed to deal with the army and important documents with other foreign governments around the world. Also, the national government create necessary laws that implement the Constitution. The nature of this government is the higher than the state government because it is the highest power of force in dealing with worldwide issues. The national government surrounds around all lower state and local governments, since it serves as the main form of government for our country.
Not only is there a federal government, but there are also state and local governments. Furthermore, there are forms of government that function on a higher basis than local governments, but on a lower basis than state governments. Although the federal government has overall control on how the country functions, the other forms of government have a considerable impact on the laws of each area. All states have varying laws that lie along the same lines. For instance, the age to get a Driver’s license is not the same from state to state, but they are around the same age.
The second dimension was compared to individualism. This scored high in the United States favor at 91 points compared to China at 20 points. This shows that the American people are more independent than China. The American people have the freedom to say, write and express their own people. The Chinese people are very limited of freedom.
China and Egypt were both early civilizations that developed long ago and on different continents. In order to be classified as a civilization certain things were needed like a surplus of food, a division of labor, and the building of cities. Even though they were located far apart, many similarities and differences can be found between these two groups. China and Egypt both began near rivers. China was by the Yellow and Yangtze Rivers.
In order to compare and contrast varying types of government within two or more countries, one must have a clear definition of Government and know the purposes it serves. Therefore, I did some research and I have established that Government is a group that exercises dominant power over a nation, state, society or other body of people. Governments are commonly responsible for constructing and implementing laws, handling money, and defending the general population from external threats, and may have other obligations or privileges. All over the world, there are many different types of government within countries. Each kind has its advantages as well as disadvantages regarding the general well-being of its peoples and economy.
