She kills innocent people due to what one person does to her. She used her powers to knock down electrical lines and when it hit the pavements that had gas and water on them, it caused fires to start and burned down a lot of the town and killed people. “She would get them later. She would get all of them. Every Last One” The context of this quote is that Carrie wants revenge on the whole town, because she was always the butt of every joke. So she's hurting innocent people due to how just a few people treated and tormented her. It is clear that revenge never has a positive outcome.
