In the movie seven the two detectives Somerset and Mills faced problems that make veterans and young detective face expect that these detectives are chasing a serial killer together. From the perspective of Somerset, Mills is a young detective that doesn’t really know much about the big city crime.
With their first crime scene to investigate together Mills seems like the person that wants to run there the crime scene at slap handcuff on anyone. Mills has a very narrow site and draw to conclusions to fast, instead of noticing the word “Gluttony” on the wall or waiting for an autopsy he think it was poison. This show the Mills is a rookie and has a lot to learn but not from me, Somerset, because I’m just ready to retire.
Once we are back at the office I inform the Chief that I can’t take this case for I should be wrapping up smaller cases before I retire. The of course the hot head chemise in ready to become the big hero and solve a case he knows nothing about. With Chief allowing him to proceed with the case I don’t get my way. …show more content…

This time the sin is “Greed” wrote in blood in a law firm. Mills naturally rushes throw the scene not noticing the painting upside down and misses a finger print. Thanks to him it took us two more day to find the next crime scene.
By the next crime scene labeled “Sloth”, I have decided to stay on until we have caught the killer. With my decision I would teach Mills about how to process a scene at tell him about the big city crime. These was a success even though he is still trying to solve the crime to fast he is open to learning, as I am open to learning more about
