Politics is a topic that citizens of any country can admit to following. The government takes care of decisions that can affect the citizens lives greatly. Many people speak up about these changes through cartoons. In this such cartoon, a man is holding his breath until “Washington regains its sanity”. This could refer to the many changes happening within the government of the United States, while not necessarily being specific. One can be influenced by the government in a life changing way and some people hold their breath and wait for things to go to how they would prefer.
