On October 12, 1912, around eight o’clock in the evening, former president and Progressive Party candidate, Theodore “Teddy” Roosevelt walked out of the Hotel Gilpatrick in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to convey a campaign speech in an auditorium. Due to Teddy Roosevelt’s illnesses, there were many times where he was unconscious and could not speak. The strain Teddy had on his throat made his voice nearly gone. Although he was in poor health, he was still aiming strong to win a remarkable third term in the United States White House.
Teddy Roosevelt was disappointed and angered by William Howard Taft (his hand-picked or chosen successor) because of Taft’s deceitful performance of Teddy’s policies. This then motivated Theodore and others to neglect
