Therapist met with individual to discuss individual anger management and respect. Therapist and individual discuss individual hollering at his teacher and bothering his peers. Therapist and individual work on positive communication and self-control techniques to assist individual with controlling his anger with his peers and adults through role-play. Individual states he will let his teacher know if anyone bothers him and do as his teacher asks him without getting angry.

Per individual teacher reports, individual displays regression in anger control and respect toward authority figures due to individual hollering at his teacher and bothering his peers.

Therapist plans to meet with individual on Thursday, May 11, 2017, between 8-10 AM to work on positive communication and self-control techniques through role play.

Therapist met with individual to discuss individual disturbing the classroom. Individual teacher stated individual don’t want to do his work and talks too much in the classroom. Therapist and individual work on classroom rules and anger management techniques to assist individual with controlling his anger through role-play. Individual states he will listen to his teacher and pay attention in class.
