In the two novels, Night and To Kill A Mockingbird, Human Rights are continuously violated. Jews are treated with cruel punishment in Night. In To Kill A Mockingbird, Tom Robinson, who is accused of raping and beating Mayella Ewell, was sent to prison because of the color of his skin. Even with the valid evidence to prove that he wasn't guilty, he had no chance to win. Human Rights articles, Article 1 and 5, were the main ones violated.
Major consequences followed around the people full of hatred. Jews were rescued and then taken care of, while the people who hurt them would most likely face dramatic changes. Once American soldiers came, the Jews didn’t have anything to worry about anymore. They didn’t need to worry about starving or receiving deadly punishment. They were finally free.
