Tom Benecke Short Story

Soon after Tom Benecke decided to get out the door of the apartment his yellow paper flew out the apartment window.Tom Benecke said “well I have two choices I can follow my dream and get that paper or I can go to the movies with my wife.”Tom Benecke said “I had a few minutes of deciding he had decided to do both of his ideas.”So he started to walk to the theatre and he ran into some trouble he had remembered he had owed some guys some.He owed them 100$ and he only had 150$ on him.

So the guys said I am going to kill you and everybody in your family if you do not pay up.Tom Benecke said “here is the 100$ but if you hurt anybody in my family I will call the police and I will tell your real names because I know your names. The guys said okay

Tom Benecke and his wife stopped arguing and they both said that they were sorry to each other and they forgave each other.Then Tom Benecke said that he wanted her to go sightseeing with her.She said she really does not want to go.Even though she does not want to go she said she would go if Tom Benecke went.So Tom Benecke said let's go then and as soon as he said that he called a taxi.

They got in the car and the driver asked where to and Tom Benecke whispered to the taxi driver follow the yellow paper that is flying in the sky.He did tell his wife that he had lost the paper so he tried to keep it low.After about ten minutes it got real dark and the taxi driver told Tom Benecke that he could not see so that if wanted to follow that yellow paper. That Tom Benecke would have to give him directions.So Tom Benecke said turn right left, right, left, right and then the taxi driver yelled “shut

Then they had a crowd of people that were going in the opposite direction him and his wife were going so they had to push themselves through the crowd and they got through.Then Tom Benecke saw that his paper flew on the top of a famous restaurant that his wife had been wanting to go.So he said surprise honey I brought you to restaurant you have been wanting to go.She said honey thank you for bringing me here. I am so glad you brought me here.

Then Tom Benecke said your welcome and then said honey I need to go to restroom.She said okay that's fine honey.I am going to find a table mean while you use the restroom.He acted like he was going but then went to the roof and he saw his yellow paper and he said finally I have found my yellow paper.He got it and went back inside and sat
