In the case of Tommy Blue he is guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. As a juror, I believe that Tommy Blue is guilty because a majority of the factual evidence in the case incriminates Mr.Tommy Blue. To start off, a .38 caliber revolver went missing from the Blue’s residence days before the crime and the same gun was the murder weapon as testified by coroner Judy Morte. Although this .38 revolver was not recovered at the scene of the crime or found at any other site it is not highly likely that it was merely coincidental that the same gun used to murder Ms.Williams, was the only gun to go missing from the Blue’s residence where Tommy resides. Apart from the items involved in the case I believe that Mr. Tommy Blue is guilty because of his criminal record that involves shoplifting, gang related loitering, aggravated battery and possession of marijuana.These records incriminate Tommy Blue because they are not insignificant crimes and involve violence. Many may argue that Tommy Blue had no motive for the crime however, I believe that the bad blood between Mr. Blue and Ms. Williams was not insignificant because at one point Mr.Blue smashed Ms.Williams mailbox with a bat after she embarrassed Tommy infront of his friends. Also, one day before the crime Ms. Williams agitated Tommy Blue again which may be the reason he murdered Ms. Williams. There were many testimonies in this case and the one I would like to focus on is the one by Ms. Annette Williams who stated “she was dearly loved by her family, respected in the community and greatly missed.” If Ms. Williams was as her daughter testified she would not have many enemies but she did have bad blood with
