Management Toolbox will mainly provide business planning, organizing, leading & controlling in management systems.

4. How many employees does your business have?
There will be 4 employees in Management Toolbox. Two of them will be a part of consulting organization that provides services to business professionals and other two employees will be a market research receptionist.

5. Who is your biggest competition?
Based on the local small and big management or consulting companies as The WMC Team, and Marketing the Mousetrap, there can be also some competitive companies such as online management consulting firms.

Additionally, providing special events with professional business counsellor will assist both my company and customers to build an effective networking in a professional industry.

8. What is your social responsibility strategy?
As Management Toolbox’ main target is local business, I would like to put developing a vision with connections, cooperating and adopting the local community, and considering my customers' needs and wants to be part of supporter in local business. The reason why I choose them as my company’s social responsibility is these are great ways to show how I respect each business’ values and their environments. Moreover, I will also provide an ownership of a meeting monthly and free business plan for people who want to develop activities of small business.

9. What is your E-business strategy?
In order to place the effective digital technology, I will use social media strategy, E-Business advertising strategy, E-Business growth strategy.
