During World War ll the Nazi's used concentration camps to kill Jews, elderly, gypsies, and much more innocent people. One of these death camps was Auschwitz. One interesting thing about Auschwitz is the physical location. Another interesting thing about Auschwitz is the train ride to get them. Finally the last interesting thing about Auschwitz is the ways they killed the prisoners. The physical camp of Auschwitz experienced torture in two main ways by killing the prisoners and the ride to arrive there. The Physical location of Auschwitz shows the great torture in many ways.Auschwitz is now located in present-day Silesia, Poland. This quote really expresses the suffering of the prisoners but especially all the innocent people suffering. The people were taken by train for days with no food or drink or toilets which lead to many deaths on the ride there. This also made the prisoners when arrived be murdered at once. In a time of suffering many prisoners sent to the camp of Auschwitz many ways killed in different ways. Prisoners would also occasionally be tossed in the crematorium ovens while they were still alive. This horrible act of suffering traumatized many of the prisoners. Even Though this was only one of the many ways the Nazi's killed the innocent prisoners this really shows how much the prisoners suffered while in the camp of Auschwitz.
