Part 1: what are the 5 stages of tribal leadership? The video by David Logan depicts five stages of tribal leadership. It depicts stage as “Life Sucks” whereby the people in the above stage have the notion that life is completely unfair and filled with disparity. The above people face poor and dysfunctional relationships on all the functional tribes. Stage 2: “My Life Sucks” The above group has somewhat some hope left in them. However, they are negative about the boss and they tend to blame the boss for their misfortune. Stage 3: “I’m Great... and you are no” in the above tribe, there exists some aspect of functionality, with most people have great preference in their position in the organization. The above objective seeks to form groups and sensitize the youth on how achieve economic development. The above objective will influence the life of the youth by improving the living standards of the youth. To achieve this, I will come up with campaigns and forums to educate the youth on how to source income and improve their lives. Professional goal This year also I plan to earn a promotion. It feels good being promoted. The above objective will realize self-actualization and motivation.
