Trifle by the Susan Glaspell is a one-act play. The play is tied in with examining and articulating the wrongdoing occurred at the couple`s house. The characters of the play are County attorney George Henderson, who explore the murder, Henry Peters a neighborhood sheriff and spouse of Mrs. Peters (likewise character in this play) was at the house to look at the case. The neighbor farmer couples (Lewis Hale and Mrs. Hale) and John Wright (murdered in the play) is respectful and great man for the community but not really good and comfortable for his better half Mrs. Wright (one character in this play) all are the characters of the play.
