Ungracious Behavior In Artwork Analysis

Introduction
This artwork has a similar setting to the theatre stage where it has a dark background. “In a stage, people are like actors” quoted from William Shakespeare . Thus, actions can be controlled, affecting individual’s behaviour, if one is ungracious, and others will be.
This artwork uses seven elements to create a picture , where each element represents the different stages of one’s life. Thus, resulting in the actions of people’s graciousness.

Solutions to be more gracious
Individuals
We can make more individuals get out of their comfort zone like the book by using Kurt Lewin’s three-stage model of planned change to initiate, manage, and stabilize the change process where people learn new values and perceptions to replace old behaviours and build better personality and attitudes like graciousness.
For example, having someone reading the book, which shows that as long as people are willing to get out of their comfort zone, they can build positive personality and attitudes like graciousness.
Communities
We can use social power, leadership and participative management to influence people to change from McGregor’s Theory X to Y where people finds it motivating, meaningful and satisfying to be gracious.
We can also use ABC mnemonic to change people’s affective, behavioural and cognitive through focusing on their values to attitude, which can help propels people to act in a certain way such as
