Due to the expenses that unionization can cause for employers, businesses tend to stray from this very topic, but why do businesses dislike unions and why do workers want unions? Being in a union would allow many benefits to its workers, this would mean higher wages, a more organized human resources department as well as an easier political infrastructure. From the perspective of a corporal business owner, this does not seem that bad until you look at the price at which the formation of Union would take.
