The Life Changing Choice: Vegetarianism People are making a life changing choice. What is the life changing choice? This life changing choice is vegetarianism. This choice is becoming more common as time goes on. Vegetarianism is thought to lead to a healthy lifestyle. A diet consisting of plants does not meet the needs of a human. Vegetarianism is not healthy. Vegetarianism is a plant based diet. There are many forms of vegetarians, such as partial vegetarian, vegan, and Pesco-vegetarian. These diets vary, but most exclude meat, dairy products, fish, poultry, and any animal based products. Some of these diets include certain types of meat, fish, poultry, and dairy products. For example, a partial vegetarian diet includes fish and poultry. Vegetarianism has many flaws. One of the flaws of the vegetarianism is vast nutrient deficiency. The nutrients that are lacking are vital to human health and well being. The vegetarianism also includes many myths. One of the myths is vegetarians live longer than meat eaters.
